Buyer’s Inspection
Our Buyer’s Inspection is an intensive evaluation of the home’s visible and readily accessible areas. A detailed report of our findings will be available typically on the same day as the inspection.

Pre-Listing Inspection
This inspection service is catered toward home-sellers who want to smooth out any bumps that can often be expected during negotiations with prospective buyers. By providing you with a comprehensive summary of the home’s condition before you make the listing, you’ll be able to take preemptive action to avoid potential issues—making repairs and improvements that you see fit so that the buyer will be less likely to underbid.
New Construction Inspection
For your financial security and to help ease your stress, we can conduct a thorough inspection of new home construction prior to final closing. We’ll arrive on a day before the builder’s final walkthrough, assessing the home from the foundation to the roof to look for existing defects that you may want to have the seller repair before you agree to terms.
WDO/Termite Inspection
This inspection service is intended to identify potential existing termite damage in a home’s construction before the buyer has committed to a real estate transaction. We’ll look over all of the home’s readily accessible areas to investigate for this damage, while also looking for ongoing infestations so that you know what steps to take moving forward.
Swimming Pool Inspection
Before you invest in a home with a swimming pool included, you should bring in a third-party home inspector to make sure that the pool is in good and safe condition. A pool can be expensive and time-consuming to maintain, and that goes doubly so if it’s already in poor condition. We’ll inspect the pool itself and the component parts, including the mechanical systems that are essential for keeping the pool clean, safe, and usable.
Cesspool Certification
If there is a cesspool on the property, you’ll want to make sure that it’s in good operable condition and not posing an environmental hazard. We’ll comprehensively examine the safely accessible components, including mechanical parts that are integral to the sewage treatment system. We’ll also determine whether or not pumping needs to be scheduled now or in the near future.
